The pick-up and drop-off service was extremely convenient, and the price was very affordable compared to other options I looked at. What really stood out was the professionalism and customer service. My laptop was repaired properly, and I was also given very useful advice on how to look after and manage my system better to avoid future problems. Just wanted to say what a brilliant idea having a service to pick up my laptop in the evening when I am available. Midlands Tech then dropped it back in 24hrs fixed, new Ram upgrade general clean up of insides as I was having heating issues. And as you know “while I was in there” he even replaced the thermal paste for free. Midlands Tech Haven on dropping off the laptop connected my wireless printer too it as it had not been a wireless printer for a while Lol,
